Martin Blume, DO, MBA
Dr. Martin Blume has been in practice since 1980. He is a graduate of Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and Arizona State University where he received a Masters degree in Business Administration. Dr. Blume is in a unique position to perform aesthetic procedures as he participated in a surgical residency in both Philadelphia and Phoenix. His overall knowledge and surgical skills have given him the ability to produce excellent results with realistic expectations. With his extensive experience in injections, Dr. Blume was recently invited to teach more advanced techniques. His experience led Allergan, the makers of Botox and Juvederm, to ask that he teach providers who are already experienced and desire to learn advanced techniques. Those who take the course given in Arizona and other states receive continuing credits toward advanced certification.

Jennifer McMahon, MD
Dr. McMahon is a board certified family physician who earned her medical degree at USC and completed her residency at UCLA/Kaiser Permanente. Dr. McMahon's areas of interest include skin care and women's health.
Allison Madigan, Certified Medical Laser Technician, Licensed Aesthetician
Allison Madigan has worked in the Aesthetic Industry for over 20 years. Because of her extensive knowledge in laser and medical aesthetics, she has been asked to train other aestheticians in the most current laser techniques. She also brings to our practice her talents as a makeup artist and color analyst. In her free time, Allison enjoys riding her horses and spending time with her 2 Labrador Retrievers.

Gwen Buck, Practice Coordinator
Gwen has worked in both the medical industry and the education system for 20 years. She has been the Practice Coordinator for Parkway Medical Laser & Skin Centre for 5 years. She enjoys her daily interactions with patients, physicians, and co-workers. Originally from Seattle, she has lived in Arizona for 10 years and loves waking up to sunshine every day. In her free time, Gwen enjoys travel, antiquing, music, reading and spending time with her husband, Keith, and two sons, Matt and Tommy.
